Racing Ships Now Available! The first members of Star Citizen’s racing team are here! The M50 and 350R are now available for play in Arena Commander, which now features a race mode where you can test out their speed! Designed by Origin Jumpworks, these ships aren’t just fast… they’re stylish! If you already own an M50 or a 350R, they’re now available in your hangar; if you don’t, they are now available as permanent additions to the pledge store! To celebrate the release, we’ve created some special M50 material, including a new brochure and a commercial in which ‘Galactic Gear’ puts the ship through its paces.
M50 If you want to get from point A to point B as quickly as possible and with as much style as possible then ORIGIN’s M50 is for you. Featuring supercharged engines that counter a tiny weapons loadout, the M50 is a ship for going FAST. Visit the M50 View the brochure
350r The combination of a Gangleri BP 707 Standard powerplant with a 300i fuselage re-engineered to accommodate twin Hammer Propulsion HM 4.3 thrusters makes the 350r the fastest personal craft you’ll ever call your own. The 350R is flight-ready and better than ever, with a revised spoiler and updated interior! Visit the 350r View the brochure
Cross-Chassis Upgrades & “Murray Cup Winners” Pack Want to upgrade from an existing hull to a racer? Now that the M50 is flyable in Arena Commander, Cross-Chassis Upgrades are now available. These upgrades will allow you to replace an existing ship in your package for an M50. Pick the right path for you!
Want to learn more about these ships? Check out the M50 and 350r ships pages for more buying options.
Addicted to afterburners? Then pick up the Murray Cup Winners pack, celebrating the fastest ships in the ‘Verse. Includes an Origin 350R and Origin M50!
The Origin M50 and 350R sale will run through Monday, September 22nd. Additional racing ships will be available in the future.
Remember: we are offering these pledge ships to help fund Star Citizen’s development. All of these ships will be available for in-game credits in the final universe, and they are not required to start the game. The goal is to make additional ships available that give players a different experience rather than a particular advantage when the persistent universe launches.
