Hello everyone,
Last week, we put out the call to get creative in our Anvil Ballista Bumper Sticker Contest. You still have until August 1st to design a bumper sticker for the brand-new Anvil mayhem machine and get the chance to win explosive prizes. If your design is selected as the 1st place winning entry, not only will you receive a brand-new Anvil Ballista, but you’ll also have your sticker physically printed by us and distributed to all attendees of CitizenCon in November. We’ve already seen some great submissions and we’re eager to dive into all the entries come Thursday. Check out the Spectrum announcement for contest details.
Talking about the Ballista: the community team received over 200 questions for the Ballista Q&A that we’ve narrowed down and forwarded to the developers. The Comm-Link with all the answers will be published on Wednesday.
And to finish with some Ballista news: If you’re a subscriber, you will now have access to the July 2019 issue of Jump Point. This month, get a behind the scenes look at how the team is building space stations, find out more about Talon Weapon Systems in a company portfolio, and learn about the development of the brand-new Anvil Ballista.
Now, let’s see what’s going on this week: Tuesday, the Lore Team will publish “A Word from our Sponsors”, a commercial script for the new spectrum show The Avenger.
Wednesday we’ll publish the answers to your most upvoted questions in our Anvil Ballista Q&A.
Thursday welcomes a new episode of Inside Star Citizen, our weekly look behind the scenes of Star Citizen development.
Friday will see a Roadmap Update and the RSI Newsletter delivered right to your inbox. We also welcome a new episode of Star Citizen Live, which airs on our Star Citizen Channel at 9am PDT (4pm UTC). This time, we’ll have Luke Pressley and members from the Mission Feature Team who’ll answer your questions about missions, mission givers, hacking, fines and more. You can submit your questions on Spectrum.
See you in the ‘verse!

We are constantly amazed by the contributions made by the Star Citizen community. Whether it's fan art, a cinematic, a YouTube guide, or even a 3D print of your favorite ship, we love it all! Every week, we select one piece of content submitted to the Community Hub and highlight it here. The highlighted content creator will be awarded an MVP badge on Spectrum and be immortalized in our MVP section of the Hub. Don’t forget to submit your content to our Community Hub for a chance at seeing it here!
Top Citizen 2 Trailer by Nikodemos Inspired by the ComiCon Trailer for Top Gun 2, Nikodemos took it to the ‘verse and recreated the teaser using footage from Star Citizen. And to put it in the words of Viper: “Damn, this kid is good!”
