Happy Day of the Vara!
Across the 'verse tonight, candles flicker, costumes hide familiar faces, and stories of those no longer with us drift through the air in time-honored tradition. As spirit cakes and iced wine are shared and the vigil stretches into the first light of morning, we honor our dearly departed while feeling the weight of the shadows they leave behind.
Yet, while we remember the fallen, Day of the Vara also invites us to celebrate life. There's still time to join in until November 2 - share your own terrifying tales in the short story contest, carve your mark in the pumpkin decorating contest, and unlock seasonal-themed masks in Arena Commander.
Now, let's see what's stirring this week:
* An Engineering Tech-Preview build is bubbling away. If all goes well, it'll be ready for Evocati playtest as early as today!
On Tuesday, the Frontier Fighters Finale continues with Phase 2. Don't miss your chance to tackle fresh challenges and grab exclusive, time-limited rewards.
This Friday, something wickedly informative this way comes for Subscribers: the October edition of Jump Point magazine.
Also on Friday, the latest weekly RSI Newsletter is creeping into your inbox full of treats, no tricks (maybe).
Fly low, and fly fast!
